X-Leader®
X-Leader® is a new company born at the beginning of 2008 thanks to the long experience of Pino Nati and Alessandra De Iseppi, partners in this new activity in which different experiences converge: adventure, driving and congress sector.
The experience of Pino Nati started in the '70s with the foundation of TRACKER
"Adventure on the world track" and continues with a decennial experience developed organizing and
managing important national and international events.
One, for example, is the most famous event realized in the adventure sector: The Camel Trophy, an operation of nearly
20 years with involving representatives of more than 20 different countries.
The cooperation with the FMA group born with this event that leads to the foundation of a new society firstly called
G.A. Team and than FMA Motivation. Its proposal was the realisation of activities for internal business target,
whose characteristic was in the middle between the incentive travel and the outdoor formation.
Through the years, the activity sectors have been widened to offer the best service for the business requirement;
for this reason, in 2003, the congress sector was stimulated by the entrance of Alessandra De Iseppi.
After many years of collaboration, in january 2008, Pino Nati and Alessandra De Iseppi, leave FMA Group to create
X-Leader®, a completely autonomous group that proposes itself
as a qualified organizer of Events, Meetings and Conventions, Incentives Activities, courses of Outdoor formation and
Team Building.
With X-Driving®, its partner society, X-leader®
offers also a lot of activities linked to the automotive sector, organizing also Driving Stages.
