Purposes: A rewarding inventive for the achieved targets with a program full of emotions and snow activities.
Activities:
Between the salons of the prestigious Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi of Bormio and in the beautiful baths overhanging the snowy valleys the participants have relaxed from the travels fatigues. Furthermore they tasted the traditional Valtellina plates, in a 2000 metre beautiful chalet that they reached in the night with snow cats.
In the following days the participants took part in a thrilling experience on roaring snowmobiles and have participated in ability race on ice on board of quad, and then they have appreciate the pleasure of a snow excursion with snowshoes and the wood's silence, driving a pack of exuberant sled dogs and learning the Sleddog technique.

Event: Customer Test Drive INFINITI

Location: Livigno
Purposes: Expanding the knowledge of the INFINITI brand, allowing the already acquired clients to see and test cars thanks to the organization of free drive tests.
Activities:
a special structure was built where, further the exposure of INFINITI Group cars were given informations about the company. In the centre of the pedestrian zone of Livigno the inflatable structure captured people's attention allowing an elevated benefit on the image return.
During three day activity, after registration, two pilots -instructors have accompanied visitors in racetrack to test the cars and giving useful and valuable suggestions about driving techniques on ice and on snow.

Typology: Formative Outdoor Activity

Location: Predaia Rifuge - Trento
Purposes: treating the same topics of the Outdoor activity that has been done all over the year, the event aimed to consolidate the learned concepts and to improve the team spirit between participants. The event was also an occasion to celebrate the upcoming Christmas holiday.
Activities:
A diversified program with formative Outdoor activities and cultural visits.
A visit in Melinda's factory starts the two days: the guided tour around the establishments allow both to see the company's production cycle and to know more deeply the organization processes and the management instruments used in a leader-ship company in this sector. After that the participants had the possibility to know one of the most beautiful and mystic places of this area: the San Romedio Monastery.
The training activities, expressly prepared and followed by a debriefing phase, were perfect for the winter period and for the location: from night walk in the snow to the exercises on the snow with snow shoes, ending with the Congolese bridge.

Location: Agriturism Castello di Vezio - Lecco
Purposes: Develop the strategic collaboration between the Hospital Company and ASL, sharing common contents to elaborate guide lines for the "Childbirth preparation course". The formative purposes firstly wanted to help in considering the change as a growing opportunity; ameliorate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team work;to understand and respect the role of everyone as to obtain the final purpose: to define strategies and methods to reach prefixed goals and to face defeats transforming them in possible future victories.
Activities:
Outdoor exercises, prepared and realized in synergy with professional teachers and instructors basing on identified formative purposes.
Through out exercises the participants understand in a clearer way what means working in group synergy. The dynamics developed in outdoor will be applied also in the workplace.
To the outdoor exercises were joined depth debriefing moments in class, managed in collaboration with the responsable of involved institutions.

Event: Finding the Lost Temple

Location: Bali Island - Indonesia
Purposes: A rewarding and culturally stimulating incentive, with team building activities appropriate in consolidating the team spirit and the sense of belonging to the company. A perfect mix of amusement (with tours and evening events), and formation (with the activity program)
Activities:
"Finding the lost Temple": it was an emotional and involving experience that engaged the participants all over the travel, in a increase of emotions and new proofs to overcome with the team collaboration. The provision of every single participant and his personal experience were fundamental for all the team which discovered the lost Temple.
The competition started already in airplane ... Cruci-Matica: a little book with ability games, quizzes, anagrams, cross-words..linked to Bali, to the search of the lost Temple and to the company have engaged the participants during their long flight.
Once arrived in Bali, the activities continued with the building of the Lost Temple in the beach, the itinerary adventure, the human Indonesian bridge ...
To reach the lost Temple, the teams, are entered into the spectacular Balinese rainforest on board of 40 branded cars, with compass and Road Book, crossed bridges hanging over the river, and trying them to do rafting between the deep gorges and the pacific rice fields of the Ayung river!
But all the efforts were rewarded: when the participants arrived to the Lost Temple they found a Balinese party with music, dances and shows.

Purposes: Analysis and elaboration of behavioural dynamics, increase of communication and collaboration between various managers, development of operative common strategies and their application.
Activities:
Outdoor activities, prepared and realized in synergy with teachers and professional instructors depending on the formative identified purposes.
All the activities are done with a pre-established iter, that is preceded by a briefing phase and followed by a debriefing. They develop in a increase of difficulties where, teachers, establish step by step aspects, problems and difficulties that have to be solved and improved.
Trough exercises participants understand better what means working in group synergy. The developed outdoor dynamics will be applied also in the workplace.

Event: Behaviour in maxi emergences - plane crash

Purposes:
Management of maxi emergences. Sharing of operative strategies and developing of "teamwork" following the correct operative process.
An other purpose is to underline the problems and the wrong dynamics during the rescues and to find a strategy for the resolution.
Activities:
Simulation of nightly emergency (plane crash), study and de-briefing of the simulation, specific team-building exercises.
Groups were implied in a proof that recreated perfectly a plane crash.
During the simulation the steps to be done, the coordination, the timing, the capacity of the group on the rescues and the correct application of the regional rules were studied by trainers and watchers.

Purposes: The discovery of the Bosh Rexroth world for the employees and their families (400 people) during a day dedicated to mutual knowledge and convivial amusement.
Activities:
Exclusive opening of the company to all the new and old workers. Institutional moment with presentation and official visit to offices and establishments to learn the peculiar characteristics of the Bosch Rexroth productions.
Transformation of the external areas in a unique big "amazing garden" for everyone.
- For adults there was an area where they could try ability's proofs using the innovative transport of electric locomotion Seaway.
- There was also a place precisely dedicated to children, organized with playful activities as: makeup the children, balloon sculptures, distribution of personalized balloons, cotton candy and popcorn, clowns, inflatables, magic shows ...
- Shows: a stage with music, ballets, animation for adults and children.
- Restaurants: a wide tensostructure dedicated to the catering service.

Purposes: Quality and Network Management meeting with moments dedicated to amusement and fun on the snow. All was done to find an unusual interaction and a mutual knowledge in a different contest from the workplace
Activities: Meeting in the Hotel with shared and re-creative moments:

- Snowboarding and skiing
- Snow shoeing
- Snow driving: in a 30.000 mq area (Nissan's snow camp test field) è it was possible to do demonstrative exercises of active security and to test the performances of Nissan's cars

Purposes: Strengthening the team spirit, recognition of leadership, respect for rules, time and complex situations management, development of interpersonal relationships and communication.
Activities: Supported and monitored by a trainer and professional instructors, participants performed several exercises aimed at overcoming their limitations in a constant dialogue with themselves and with other team members

Purposes: Analysis and sharing of views of different stakeholders on the topic of organizational innovation that is affecting more and more hospitals in Lombardy.
Activities:
Medical conference organized by the Hospital of the Province of Lecco, dedicated and open to all health professionals related to the hospitals of the Region of Lombardy and Northern Italy.
During the morning, have followed the interventions of Institutions and Lombard Authorities and luminaries of Health industry and University of Milan.
An interesting discussion-debate involving the audience with the use of an electronic voting system by which those present were able to express their opinion about certain issues and
creating an interesting and constructive discussion with the speakers.
The afternoon saw as protagonists some representatives of the main local health Lombard that, during an interesting round table, have discussed their views on personal experiences and
future prospects within the organization working in health.

Purposes: Organization of the corporate meeting and recreational activities designed for entertainment and the involvement of the participants to celebrate the tenth Anniversary of the founding of the Company.
Activities:
Lodged at the Hotel Monaco Grand Canal, a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco, the participants, at the end of busy days of meeting, were able to enjoy the magic of Venice visiting one
of the oldest dry docks of the city and learning the construction techniques of traditional masks Venetian.
Visits of Venice on gondola at night, aperitifs and dinners in typical and exclusive local restaurants to fully immerse yourself in the magic of Venice: a city unique in the world!

Purposes: Incentive travel year 2010 for best sellers, aims to reward the participants for the results obtained during the year.
Activities:
An unusual aspect of Sicily to discover Etna. Relax, Adventure, Cars and Nature in a mix of growing emotions.
Reaching the crater at 2000 meters with snowshoes, explore volcanic caves after a Quad ride, learn the techniques of off-road driving in the snow, then refresh in a cabin while outside
there is snow . . .
And being in Sicily! Learn the basics of golf and fly over the crater of the volcano highest in Europe by helicopter . . .
All crowned by stay in a beautiful Resort with Spa and tasting of Sicilian cuisine with dinners and evenings in local exclusive in Taormina.
