Outdoor sector deals with formative and innovative experiences dedicated to those companies or institutions that want to
develop issues related to the preparation of their employees/volunteers using the
Team Building notion through the organization of Outdoor
training activity.
The participants learn through the practical experience, far from the company reality; they are immersed in the nature,
and they develop a bigger group cohesion and a sense of belonging to
the company.
Activities are elaborated according with the companies requirements and they are supported by
formative projects elaborated with the assistance of psychologists.
